John White has a rich work experience starting from 1994. John began their career at Advantage Solutions: Sales, Marketing, Technology as a Sr Account Executive and worked there until 1997. After that, they joined Acosta Sales & Marketing as a Director and stayed there until 2000. John then became the Chairman / CEO of Compass Marketing Inc. from 2000 onwards. In 2013, they took on the role of Chairman / CEO at Powershelf.

John White has a Masters Degree in Marketing/Management from the University of Baltimore, completed in 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Towson State University in 1991.
