Shikha Bhaskar is an experienced economist currently working at Compass Lexecon since September 2020, having advanced through roles as Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Economist. Prior to this, Shikha undertook an internship at Compass Lexecon in 2019 and led projects at 180 Degrees Consulting focusing on public health initiatives. Shikha has also gained valuable experience as a summer intern at Amaltas Consulting, contributing to a proposal for WHO India, and as a strategy intern at the National Trust, where responsibilities included launching the Inclusive India Initiative. Additionally, Shikha authored a research paper during a research internship at India Development Foundation, which was presented at an international conference. Leadership skills were honed while serving as the Director for Project Asbah at Enactus SRCC, aimed at providing clean drinking water in rural areas. Shikha's academic credentials include an MPhil in Economics and an Advanced Diploma in Economics from the University of Cambridge, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
