Manon Pierson is an accomplished economist specializing in international arbitration, currently at Compass Lexecon since February 2020, where roles have included Economist, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Prior to this, Manon gained experience as an M&A Intern at Klecha & Co. and worked as a Financial Auditor at EY, providing external audit services to various organizations, including international companies and non-profit entities. Early career roles included internships in wealth management at Fuchs & Associés Finance SA, human resources at NautaDutilh, and financial engineering at Nomura. Manon holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi and multiple degrees in Business Economics from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and Sciences Po Strasbourg, complemented by finance studies at Boston College.
