Keith Frost has extensive experience in operations and human resources management, currently serving as Huntsville Operations and Programs at Compass, Inc. since August 2020. Previously, Keith held the role of Human Resources Manager at System Studies and Simulation (S3), Inc. for a brief period in 2020, and served as Vice President of Operations and HR Manager at Intergraph Services Company from April 1994 to February 2015, where notable achievements included establishing an autonomous operational entity that exceeded financial expectations through enhanced customer satisfaction and employee retention. Keith's career started at Applied Research, Inc. as Operations/HR Manager, supporting defense and NASA programs from August 1981 to April 1994. Keith earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from The University of Alabama between 1978 and 1981.
