Maria Zafar has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as an Assistant Cluster Finance Manager at Compass Hospitality since November 2021. Previously, Maria held roles such as Management Accountant at Compass Hospitality, Sales Assistant at MISS I AM LTD, and Assistant Procurement Officer at GE Power, where responsibilities included managing the procurement process and handling orders and invoices. Additionally, Maria completed an internship at Engro Foods Limited, focusing on teamwork and task fulfillment, and worked as an Assistant Accountant at SARWAR & CO LIMITED, where tasks included preparing financial statements and managing project-specific accounts. Maria holds an MSc in Management and Finance from Bangor University, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from York St. John University, and is currently pursuing ACCA qualifications, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of the Punjab.
