Akshat Jain is an experienced operations manager currently with Compass Hospitality since March 2022, overseeing operations at the Columba Hotel in Inverness, Scotland. Prior experience includes roles as a Food and Beverage Associate at ANdAZ and an Associate at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), alongside a Food and Beverage intern position at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Akshat also completed an internship at Taj Hotels Palaces Resorts Safaris. Educationally, Akshat is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Operation Management at NMIMS Global, following a Bachelor's degree in the hospitality industry from The University of Huddersfield.
