Pauline Lazzeretti, MSW, is currently serving as an Adult Trauma Group Therapist at Compass Health Center since June 2024. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Home Chef from March 2015 to May 2023, including Senior Manager of Organizational Health and Learning & Development, Organizational Development Manager, Customer Experience Operations Manager, and Customer Experience Team Lead. Additional experience includes working as a Counter Sales Associate and Shift Supervisor at Pastoral Artisan Cheese, Bread & Wine, and as a First Year Corps Member at City Year, where significant improvements were made in student performance. Early career roles include an internship with Madison School and Community Recreation and a position as Tour Guide Supervisor at Campus and Visitor Relations. Pauline holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago and B.S. degrees in Spanish Language and Literature and Community and Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
