Christian Aas is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Site Manager and Food and Beverage Manager at Compass Group Norge since April 2022, Christian previously held various roles at ISS A/S from February 2018 to April 2022, including F&B Manager and Assistant Operations Manager. Early career positions included Chef roles at multiple organizations, such as Eurest Compass Group and Brasserie Bjørk. Additionally, Christian has experience working as an orderly guard at various venues in Oslo and has a formal education in culinary arts from Rosenvilde VGS, completed in 2001.
