Cecilie Olsen is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in HR and purchasing control, currently serving as HR & Purchasing Controller at Compass Group Norge since February 2022. Prior to this role, Cecilie worked as a Business Controller at Stendi AS from February 2014 to January 2022, focusing on reporting, budgeting, analysis, and process improvement. Earlier experience includes positions at Greentech Holding AS as an Economic Associate and at Aleris Ungplan og BOI as an Environmental Worker. Cecilie began a career in logistics and operations at Also Actebis as a Foreman Outbound & Logistics Assistant. Academically, Cecilie holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, an exchange degree from the University of Strathclyde, and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of South-Eastern Norway.
