Ad Oskam has extensive experience in the hospitality and catering industry, currently serving as Inkoop Productgroep Manager Vers & Diepvries and Location Manager at Compass Group Nederland since March 2018. In this role, Ad Oskam manages a team for multiple restaurant outlets and oversees catering and barista services. Additionally, Ad Oskam contributed to the Finance department during the Covid pandemic, gaining valuable insights into the company's operations.
