Mathilde Bouchard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mathilde started their career in 2010 as a Recruitment Officer at Page Personnel in Belgium & Luxembourg. Mathilde then worked at NAVAL GROUP as a Chargée de missions GPEC - Développement du potentiel humain from September 2012 to September 2013. Following that, Mathilde joined RBC Investor Services as a Junior HR Business Partner from September 2013 to July 2014. Mathilde then transitioned to Compass Group France, where they held various positions including Responsable Ressources Humaines Développement & Projets from July 2014 to October 2015, Directrice des Ressources Humaines - Eurest Ile de France from October 2015 to January 2018, Directrice des Ressources Humaines - France - Eurest, Exalt, Sports & Loisirs from January 2018 to September 2020, and Directrice des Ressources Humaines Adjointe de Compass Group France from September 2020 to January 2021.
