Trevor Moore is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as the Regional Vice President for the Levy Canada sector of Compass Group Canada since February 2016. In this role, Trevor oversees several prominent venues, including the Toronto Zoo and Ontario Science Centre. Prior experience includes a tenure as Area General Manager for Spectra by Comcast Spectacor, where Trevor successfully led operations at Budweiser Gardens and Investors Group Field. Additionally, Trevor contributed to academia as a part-time teacher at Fanshawe College, teaching courses in accounting and personal finance. Earlier roles included Food and Beverage Manager at MLSE, Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Emperors Palace Hotel Casino, and participation in the prestigious International Culinary Program at Walt Disney World. Trevor holds a degree in Culinary Management from Fanshawe College and furthered education at Durham College.
