Mounia Bacha has extensive experience in human resources and psychological support roles. Currently serving as a Payroll Manager and Human Resources Administrator at Compass Group BELGIUM since March 2016, Mounia previously worked as a Recruitment Assistant at Compass Group BELGILUX. Mounia's background includes a position as a Psycho-oncologist at Hôpital Erasme, providing psychological support to cancer patients, and a role as a Psychologist in Psychiatry during an internship at CHU Brugmann. Additionally, Mounia worked as a Tutor for students from disadvantaged backgrounds at Averroès Asbl. Mounia holds two Master's degrees from Université libre de Bruxelles in Work Psychology and Clinical Psychology.
