Erin Armendinger

Erin Armendinger is the CEO at Compass Experience Labs. Erin has over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing strategies to improve employee experience.

Erin began their career at Walmart in February 2017 as the Vice President of Walmart/Sam's Club's Associate Experience, Learning, and People Analytics. In this role, they created a framework for assessing employee population, skill, and opportunity. Erin also developed partnerships with the Digital Associate Experience team, the Walmart Foundation, and various Universities and external partner organizations.

In March 2019, they were promoted to Vice President of Strategy and Partnerships; Global People. In this role, they worked to improve the employee experience through cultivation of internal and external partnerships to offer training and education opportunities.

In their current role as Vice President of Voice of the Customer; Customer Experience with Walmart, they conduct analysis and exploration of quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to create a comprehensive overview of customersā€™ experiences and develops methods and action plans to improve those experiences.

Some of their notable achievements include restructuring the on-boarding and training processes to raise employee retention, satisfaction, education, and loyalty; instituting a platform for employees to provide feedback; updating working environments to align with business agility and speed goals; being an active member of the Leadership Innovation team; and owning the People Innovation Project.
