Lauren Chemplavil has extensive work experience in various roles. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Digital Strategy - Healthcare at Compass Digital, where they led a team responsible for driving digital retail hospitality strategy and business development for healthcare retail food service. Lauren also spearheaded innovation research and pilots for AI, automation, and process improvement solutions. Prior to their role at Compass Digital, Lauren worked at Wells Fargo as the Vice President of Digital Solutions for Business, where they led a team in multiple product and vendor integration efforts and played a key role in channel strategy and Agile scrum efforts. Lauren also served as an Associate Vice President and Product Manager in the digital payments and business deposits divisions, driving strategic product decisions and program management. Lauren's earlier experiences include roles at Red Ventures, Bourne Partners, and Barings.
Lauren Chemplavil earned their A.B. degree in Psychology from Georgetown University in 2003. Lauren then pursued their MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, graduating in 2010.
