Cindy Medrano, LCSW, is a dedicated clinical professional with extensive experience in social work and case management. Currently serving as a Clinical Supervisor at Center For Family Services since September 2023, Cindy oversees a team focused on providing clinical and case management services to unaccompanied minors. In addition, Cindy has been an Intensive In-Home Clinician at Compass Counseling, LLC since May 2018, where responsibilities include conducting assessments and delivering therapy. Previous roles include Case Manager at Arlington Thrive, where Cindy facilitated access to essential services, and a Clinical Social Work Intern at Mason and Partners. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the same institution, along with an Associate degree in Social Sciences from Northern Virginia Community College.
