Sam Foster currently serves as the Head of Football Operations at Redhill Football Club since March 2023. Additionally, Sam has been the Estate Development and Project Manager at Compass Community since June 2019. Previous roles include Chairman of Alfold Football Club from November 2021 to March 2023, Register Manager at Compass Children's Homes from April 2011 to June 2019, and Senior Support Worker/Shift Leader at an Ofsted Outstanding rated children's home. Earlier experience includes positions at Hillcrest Care, Camp Nock-a-Mixon, and Crawley Borough Council as a Youth Worker. Sam Foster completed education at Ifield Community College from 1993 to 1997.
