Brooks Talbott is an experienced leader in church and community engagement, currently serving as Campus Pastor at Compass Christian Church since December 2017, where responsibilities include resource creation for Community Groups and ensuring their effectiveness through training and communication. Prior to this, Brooks held roles at Apple from May 2010 to December 2017, focusing on mentorship and business development to enhance customer experience and retail strategy. Brooks began the professional journey as a Discipleship/Groups intern at Southeast Christian Church, developing discipleship strategies and teaching classes from May 2009 to May 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Christian University and a Certificate in Theology from Vineyard Institute.
