Nicole Lankford has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an Account Manager at Compas since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CMI/Compas, where they held multiple roles including a Client Service Account Leader from April 2021 to May 2022, a Senior Account Coordinator from May 2019 to April 2021, and an Account Coordinator from January 2017 to May 2019. Nicole Lankford's education history includes attending Bishop Eustace Prep High School from 2008 to 2012. After completing high school, they went on to pursue their higher education at Marquette University from 2012 to 2016. At Marquette University, Nicole Lankford majored in Communication Studies with a minor in Public Relations.
