Abbie Morris has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. In 2009, they started their career as an HR and Communications Executive at Waponi HR, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, Abbie worked as a Project Manager at Civitatis International. Abbie then joined Aequitas Consulting, first as a Policy and Communications Officer from 2013 to 2014, and later as a Business Development Manager from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Abbie worked as an Associate at Veracity Worldwide before joining Aequitas Consulting again as a Senior Consultant from 2015 to 2017. Abbie then moved on to become the Associate Director for the London and South East region at the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Abbie co-founded Compare Ethics and served as the Co-Founder and CEO. At the same time, they also worked as a Google For Start Ups Resident from 2019 to 2020.
Abbie Morris has a diverse education history. Abbie completed their Conflict, Security and Development MA with Distinction at King's College London, U. of London. Abbie'sfield of study was International Relations and Affairs. In 2017, they attended the University of Oxford for a short course in Social and ecological crises, focusing on solutions from living nature. Abbie also took a MOOC on Planetary Boundaries and Human Opportunities at Stockholm University's Stockholm Resilience Centre in 2015. Lastly, Abbie obtained their BA in International Relations and Politics from London Metropolitan University.
