Kim Faller has held various customer service-oriented roles, beginning in 2012 with a Student Loan Advisor position at Nelnet. In 2016, they moved to Waddell & Reed as an Administrative Assistant, before joining Hudl in 2017 as a Customer Success Manager and Support Specialist. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at CompanyCam.
Kim Faller attended Wayne State College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sport Management. Prior to that, they attended Ponca Public Schools in Ponca, NE from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained their High School diploma in General Studies.
