Hossein Amini Kesbi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employer branding and employee experience. Currently serving as the Senior HRBP and Head of Employer Brand and Employee Experience at MyDigipay since April 2023, Hossein previously worked as an Employer Branding Consultant at System Group and as the Employer Branding and Employee Experience Manager at Sadad Electronic Payment, where key initiatives included launching a human capital portal. Hossein has also held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on recruitment process implementation, and has experience as an HR and OD Strategic Projects Manager at Bank Mellat, where strategic positions were identified. Additionally, Hossein contributed to the Iran's National Elites Foundation as a member. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Marketing Management from the University of Tehran and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology.
