Boris Simonov is an experienced professional in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as the Deputy General Director for Commercial Affairs at ЭКОСПАС and АО «ЦАСЭО» since August 2021, focusing on servicing hazardous production facilities and developing environmental documentation. Prior to this role, Boris held multiple executive positions at НК Роснефть from August 2010 to March 2021, including General Director of various subsidiaries, where responsibilities included operational management, budgeting, business planning, retail and wholesale sales management, and overseeing logistics and investment projects. Boris has a solid educational background, holding a degree in Public Administration from Penza State University and two doctoral degrees in Economic History from PГПУ.
