Boris Troitsky has extensive experience in project management and consulting, currently serving as the Директор проектов at Лига Цифровой Экономики since April 2018. Prior to this role, Boris worked at Sberbank as a Business Partner from June 2016 to July 2017. From 2013 to June 2016, Boris held the position of Director of practice Kazakhstan at AT Consulting. Additionally, Boris served as Consulting Director at ATC Kaz between September 2010 and April 2013, and was the Chief of billing department at North-West Telecom from April 2002 to October 2005. Boris Troitsky holds a degree in Mathematics from Syktyvkar State University, earned between 1992 and 1997.
