Prior to this venture, Mike Lucy held the position of Operations Director at Kennedy Brooks from March 1998 to January 2003 and at Compass from 1991 to 1996. Mike Lucy's educational foundation was established at Campion Grammar in Hornchurch, where studies were completed from 1970 to 1997.
