Debbie H-C, BS, MBA, serves as the AED & Chief People Officer at a confidential company since August 2023, previously holding the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at another confidential company since January 2021. As a Human Resources Consultant at MaxHRCS.com since July 2013, Debbie provides consulting services to non-profit and for-profit businesses. Additionally, Debbie has been an HR Consultant for temporary assignments at Robert Half International since February 2012, offering expertise in workforce strategy, performance management, and advising senior leadership.
