Sebastian Maldonado has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as Subgerente de logística at CIC since June 2018, where responsibilities include managing logistics operations and optimizing resource allocation for cost-effective service delivery. Prior to this role, Sebastian was Subgerente Distribución, Logistica y Proyectos at Manantial S.A. from April 2016 to June 2018, focusing on national distribution fleet management and operational compliance. Additional experience includes leading project initiatives at Aserradero San Patricio and various roles at LAN Airlines from January 2009 to June 2015, encompassing supply management, material planning, and LEAN analysis. Sebastian holds a Diplomatic in Financial Management, a Master's in Business Engineering, and an Industrial Civil Engineering degree, all from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
