Matthew Austin has extensive experience in IT operations and management, currently serving as Head of Support Operations at Richemont since April 2012. Prior roles at Richemont include Head of Operations & Client Satisfaction, Integration Manager - Global Delivery, and Regional Delivery Manager. Prior to Richemont, Matthew held positions at Pfizer from September 2001 to April 2012, including European IT Operations Manager with responsibility for infrastructure and application operations across multiple European sites, and UK IT Manager overseeing technical operations. Matthew's earlier experience includes Network Manager at Kodak and IT Support Manager at Tudor Grange Academy. Matthew holds a degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth.
