Norman Boling has extensive experience as a CFO, primarily working for Compact Power Equipment Centers Inc. and Compact Power Equipment, Inc. from 2001 to 2014. Prior to that, they served as CFO for Southern Tree & Landscape Co., Inc. from 1988 to 2001.

Norman Boling earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a major in Accounting from the University of South Carolina between 1972 and 1976. Norman then went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus in General Management, from the same university from 1977 to 1980.
