Michala Vanderkova is a Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at Compacer CZ s.r.o. since February 2024. Prior to this role, Michala worked at Tietoevry from 2018 to January 2024 and held the same title at Media Tenor from 2015 to 2018, where also contributed as a Data Analyst. Additionally, Michala completed an internship as a trainee at Knihovna Václava Havla between September 2016 and January 2017. Michala holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Palacký University in Olomouc.
