Zoran Glavan has extensive work experience in the IT field. Zoran started their career at Sungard eProcess Intelligence as a Helpdesk Analyst, where they provided hardware, software, and network support for two corporate locations and maintained a high first-level resolution rate. Zoran also handled day-to-day network operations and gained hands-on experience installing complete network environments. After that, Zoran joined Realogy Corporation as a Data Center Technician and later worked as an IT Support Specialist at Partners Pharmacy. Zoran then joined Onlinecomputers as an IT Support Specialist, where they continued to provide IT support services. Zoran further expanded their skills and knowledge as a HelpDesk Engineer at Ace IT Solutions and as an IT Support Specialist at NuMSP. Currently, they work as a Professional Services Engineer at Comodo.
Zoran Glavan attended the Chubb Institute from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Data Support and Network Engineering. Prior to that, they graduated from Clifton Senior High School, although no specific dates or fields of study were mentioned.
