Laura Prince, SPHR has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources. Laura most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at CommuteAir dba United Express, where they provided strategic support in all areas of HR and managed a growing employee base. Prior to that, Laura was the Managing Director of Human Resources at CommuteAir. Laura also worked as the Director of Human Resources at TVV Capital dba Design Molded Plastics, where they implemented new policies and procedures and designed employee benefit plans. Laura's experience also includes roles as Corporate Human Resources at SIFCO Industries, Inc and Director of Human Resources at Cleveland HeartLab, Inc. At these companies, they developed talent management systems, led HR programs and policies, and implemented recruitment processes. Earlier in their career, Laura worked as the Director of Human Resources at Angstrom Graphics, where they established training programs and fostered a teamwork environment.

Laura Prince, SPHR has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial Psychology from The University of Toledo. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Allegheny College. Additionally, they hold several certifications including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Cuyahoga Community College, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
