Andrew Nicholson currently serves as the OBAP ACE Academy Director at the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals since December 2022, while also working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at CommuteAir since October 2022. With a strong background in aviation and education, Andrew has been an Adjunct Professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University since August 2019 and previously held multiple roles at Silver Airways, including Supervisor of Safety Programs and Tech Writer. Andrew's leadership experience includes serving as Vice President for OBAP and Founder & President of NBAA OSG. Educational qualifications encompass a Master's degree in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Professional Pilot Technology credentials from Broward College.
