Lane Belling has a long and varied work experience. Lane began their career in 1998 as a Project Manager at Tallan. Lane then moved to TopCoder in 2006, where they worked as a Program Manager. In 2013, they joined CLD Partners as General Manager, Crowdsourcing and Services Delivery. In 2014, they became a Stay at Home Dad, and in 2015 they took on the role of CTO at MESH01. Lane is currently Chief Technology Officer at Communo, a position they have held since 2021.

Lane Belling attended Brown University from 1994 to 1998 and graduated with an AB in Mathematical Economics.
