Leah Gagliano, MPA, SHRM-CP, has over a decade of experience in human resources and organizational leadership within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Community Vision, Inc. since July 2019, Leah previously held the position of Executive Director at On-the-Move Community Integration from July 2012 to July 2019, where responsibilities encompassed overall operations, strategic planning, fundraising, and community outreach. Earlier, as a Program Manager at On-the-Move, Leah oversaw the Community Inclusion program, ensuring compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager of Service Coordination at The Community Place of Greater Rochester, Inc., where Leah supported individuals with disabilities in achieving their life goals while ensuring Medicaid compliance. Leah holds a Master of Public Administration from SUNY Brockport and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Nazareth University.
