Ken McCafferty has over 15 years of experience in education, currently serving as a Fifth Grade Teacher at Oswego Community Unit School District since May 2009. Previously, Ken worked as a teacher in Plainfield School District 202 from August 2005 to May 2009. Prior to a career in education, Ken held management positions in retail as a Store Director at Circuit City Stores, Inc. from 1996 to 2004, and served as a pilot for USAir Airline and Midway Airline from 1990 to 1994. Ken holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of St. Francis and two Bachelor’s degrees in Aviation Maintenance Management from Lewis University and Education from St. Patrick's Pontifical University.
