Scott Eastman, EMPA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Security & Emergency Management at Community Transit, overseeing agency-wide security and emergency management programs. Previously, Scott held various positions including Interim Chief of Police at Mill Creek Police Department and Emergency Management & Public Outreach Planner at Alderwood Water & Wastewater District. With extensive law enforcement experience, Scott has progressed through ranks in multiple police departments, including Fife and Lacey. Scott is also a certified motorcycle safety instructor and has a strong educational background with an Executive Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.
