James Burseth has over two decades of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Community Administration Officer at Community & Southern Bank since December 2013, where responsibilities include project management. Previously, James held the position of Regional Operations Coordinator, focusing on retail branch audit and risk management. Prior to that, James was a Banking Center Manager at Bank of America from September 1997 to March 2013, overseeing retail branch banking operations. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, completed between 1981 and 1986.
