Debbi Oates brings extensive experience in banking and coaching, currently serving as Vice President and Executive Assistant at Community & Southern Bank since June 2010. In addition, Debbi has been a coach for a healthy weight loss program, Life Is A Circle, since August 2009. Prior to these roles, Debbi worked as IT-MIS for Mir Mitchell & Company, LLP, assisting the FDIC as Receiver of Integrity Bank from September 2008 to March 2010, where expertise included the Jack Henry Silverlake COGNOS reporting system and Excel. From September 2002 to August 2008, Debbi held the position of Vice President of Administration at Integrity Bank, focusing on marketing, advertising, sales meetings, annual reports, and serving as Board Secretary.
