Amber Chandler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy, community partnerships, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Strategy Lead for Upstream Strategies at Community Solutions, Chandler focuses on policy and equity initiatives to end homelessness. Previous roles include Systems Improvement Advisor and Community-Based Improvement Advisor, highlighting a commitment to enhancing community capacity and addressing homelessness. Chandler has also worked as a Manager for the Community Partnership Program at the Detroit Land Bank Authority, where significant partnerships and property sales were facilitated. Additional experience includes fellowship roles with the Anti-Defamation League and the Michigan Political Leadership Program. Chandler holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and multiple degrees in Political Science and Business Administration from Howard University.
