Kayla Brown is an Outpatient Psychotherapist at Community Services Institute since September 2022, with a strong background in mental health and client services. Currently serving as a Graduate Student Intern, Kayla also holds a position as Client Service Representative at Baystate Health, where responsibilities include managing patient interactions, reporting results, and resolving laboratory-related issues. Previous experience includes a Student Intern role at Baystate Health, participating in therapeutic groups and conducting psychosocial assessments, along with an earlier position as Access Service Representative, scheduling patient appointments and addressing inquiries. Kayla holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Westfield State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
