Juan Cristobal Valles is an experienced health counselor currently working at the Community Service Society of New York since October 2016, specializing in the Independent Consumer Advocacy Network (ICAN). Prior to this role, Valles served as a health navigator at both BOOM!Health and AID FOR AIDS, as well as a development and program assistant at the Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State. Valles began a professional career as an intern at Pfizer in Venezuela, later transitioning to a position as a treasury analyst. Academically, Valles holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Metropolitan College of New York, a certificate in Fundraising from New York University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela.
