Lynn McWatt is an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching English Language Learners and developing lesson plans. Currently serving as an EL Teacher at the Community School of Excellence since August 2016, Lynn has formerly held educational roles in South Washington County Schools and Crest View, focusing on academic improvement, behavior management program implementation, and diverse instructional methods. Lynn's teaching career began in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, from 1994 to 2013, where significant contributions to academic progress and program leadership were made. Lynn holds a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from St. Cloud State University, along with Bachelor's Degrees in Elementary Education and Teaching from Concordia University-St. Paul and Communication and Media Studies from West Virginia State University.
