Kelsey Casey has extensive experience in customer service and healthcare. Currently serving as a Customer Service Associate at Community Savings Bank in Iowa since July 2016, Kelsey has developed strong interpersonal skills. Previous roles include working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Good Neighbor Society from September 2015 to May 2017, where responsibilities included assisting residents with daily living activities. Additional experience as a waitress at Bulichek's Landing from October 2016 to April 2017 involved taking orders and managing cash transactions. Kelsey's early experience includes serving as a Dietary Aide at Good Neighbor Society from August 2012 to June 2015, where duties involved food service and kitchen maintenance. Kelsey attended Kirkwood Community College from 2017 to 2019 and Northeast Iowa Community College from 2015 to 2017.
