Jyoti Madnani is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. HRBP/Human Resources Generalist at Community Renewal Team, Inc. since June 2023, Jyoti has previously held positions such as People Success Partner at Solution Foundation and Volunteer Coordinator at On Common Ground. Earlier career experiences include serving as Human Resources Manager at General Cable, Assistant Manager-Human Resources at Ircon International Ltd., and Management Trainee-Human Resources at Gujarat Maritime Board. Jyoti holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management, Nirma University, completed in 2009.
