Melissa Wood is an experienced educator specializing in special education, currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Community of Peace Academy since August 2016. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as an Education Coordinator at SteppingStone Theatre from July 2012 to August 2016 and as a High Needs Paraprofessional at South Washington County Schools between September 2008 and September 2012. Melissa holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Bethel University, earned between 2015 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, obtained from 2003 to 2008.
