Ariel Larpenteur is an experienced educational consultant currently working with NOVA Education Consultants™ since September 2022, focusing on supporting special education departments in underemployed public schools. In addition, Larpenteur serves as the Due Process/504 Coordinator at Community of Peace Academy. Prior to these roles, Larpenteur was a Teacher Success Specialist at Creatively Focused from June 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included conducting discovery sessions with clients, developing implementation plans, and providing training. Previously, Larpenteur worked as a Special Education Teacher Coach, offering support and training to special education teachers, and as a Special Education Teacher at Achieve Language Academy from August 2014 to July 2019. Larpenteur holds a Master's degree in Special Education Studies from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Gender & Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
