Alan Moody currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Money Advice South Tyneside and as a Volunteer with Community Money Advice. Holding the position of Chairman for the North East and Yorkshire region at the National Security Inspectorate since March 2017, Alan Moody is involved with the main accreditation body for the Security and Fire Industry. Previous roles include Management Consultant and Associate at CRIMEWATCH SAFEGUARD SECURITY SYSTEMS LTD. and Managing Director at AWM Alarms Limited, an award-winning Electronic Security Company. Alan Moody has extensive experience with the National Security Inspectorate, having served as Assistant Chairman for the North East Region and as a self-employed electrician earlier in their career. Education includes attendance at South Shields Marine and Technical College and Whitburn Secondary Modern.
