Ben Bratek, PharmD, RPh, RN, currently serves as a pharmacist at Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton since June 2021. Prior experience includes a PGY-1 pharmacy residency with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and a pharmacist role at Hannaford Supermarkets, along with internship positions in pharmacy at St. Peter's Health Partners. Education includes a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Le Moyne College. Ben also has experience as a registered nurse in the ICU and medical/surgical settings at St. Joseph's Health. Skills include medication reconciliation and sterile IV compounding, among others.
