Lindsay Carmack is an experienced Community Association Manager with a demonstrated history of managing a diverse range of homeowners associations (HOAs) and community portfolios. Currently, Lindsay manages over 55 active adult HOAs and supports developers with HOA establishment at Associa since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Community Management Associates, where responsibilities encompassed managing large and 55+ active adult HOAs as an Assistant Community Association Manager and Portfolio Association Manager. At HomeOwners Advantage, LLC, Lindsay served as Client Support Manager/Assistant Association Manager, focusing on new acquisitions and client support. Previous experience at TriBridge Residential involved managing apartments and community association portfolios while also overseeing employee training.
